Sod House announces tour dates for 2015 summer series

The Hoopla Train with Yard Master Yip and his Polkastra is a Vaudeville-style variety show that will be touring historic Minnesota Ballrooms in July and August of 2015. It’s The Lawrence Welk Show meets Hee Haw with live music, singing, sketch comedy and feats of amazement! Children age 4 to 104 will love this family-friendly show. Audience members are encouraged to dance to polkas and waltzes while being entertained by the finest comedic actors the Twin Cities has to offer. The show also will feature a live talent show contest for members of the community. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

The Hoopla Train is produced by Sod House Theater and features; Darcey Engen, Nathan Keepers, Elise Langer, Kimberly Richardson, Luverne Seifert, Andrea Wollenberg and Jim Lichtscheidl as Yard Master Yip, with live music from the Chmielewski Funtime Band.
