Part Two: TABLE

An outdoor, comedic, text-driven exploration that will feature the harvesting and serving of the produce grown in FARM. The production will feature an immersive table experience where audience members will enjoy a four course dinner with wine, served by singing chefs and waiters. The play will feature storytelling and original music compositions. The experience will be created and performed in three rural communities in Greater Minnesota; In Northfield on September 24th, 2022 at the Little Berry Ranch featuring chef Yai Vang from the Hmong Union Kitchen in Minneapolis; On the Alpha and Omega farm in Princeton, MN on September 17, 2022 and on Le Bourget Falls in Little Falls, MN on September 18, 2022. SHT is producing this project to explore and raise awareness of industrial food production and its consequences in climate, health, and the economies of communities.
